As a Sales Recruiter at Engel & Völkers, you will shape the recruitment for a global luxury real estate brand. You'll work with Sales and Marketing to craft and run proactive talent strategies, including recruitment marketing and data‐driven decision making. You will manage end‐to‐end candidate experiences and build a robust pipeline of top agents. This role offers collaboration with cross‐functional teams and exposure to a dynamic, international environment. You'll contribute to finding and engaging talent that supports sustainable growth and exceptional client service. and agent data to refine hiring strategies Operational Involvement: contribute to execution of recruitment campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Marketing Networking & Relationship Building: establish strong connections in the real estate industry to create a steady talent pipeline Responsabilità Proven experience in talent acquisition or business development, ideally in real estate or sales-driven industries Hands‐on mindset with proven ability to execute and collaborate cross‐functionally Strong sales and persuasion skills with ability to attract and convert professionals Experience xrdztoy in digital recruiting and employer branding, including job platforms and social media outreach Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or other recruitment tools is a plus Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship‐building skills Highly customer‐oriented with a focus on candidate experience Fluent in Italian and Engli
