Construction Manager / Site Manager | Utility-Scale Solar
A leading European renewable energy business is seeking an experienced Site / Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of utility-scale solar PV projects across Italy.

The organisation is active in the development and delivery of renewable energy assets, with a strong pipeline of ground-mounted solar projects supporting large-scale decarbonisation across Europe.

As Site Manager, you will:
Analyse and control the project scope, engineering drawings, purchase orders and subcontract requisitions.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure schedules and budgets are adhered to.
Oversee subcontractors’ installation work with site engineers, ensuring design accuracy quality.




Liaise with suppliers and the Procurement department for material deliveries.
Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and Quality Control Procedures.
A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); MS Project is a plus.
Excellent Italian and English Language skills.
