Responsibilities

Mission:
The intern will be part of Société Générale CIB M&A; team based in Milan.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Building complex financial models and completing valuation, mergers, and other analytical exercises
- Drafting of presentations for M&A; transactions or strategic client dialogue
- Working closely with the rest of Team to create client deliverables and meet ad-hoc client requests
- Closely collaborating with various industries, countries and other products’ colleagues during origination and execution stages
- Perform industry and company research to support business development and on an ad-hoc basis
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
- Initial exposure to valuation methodologies (DCF, Multiples, Merger model, LBO model)
- Ideally prior internship experience in Investment Banking at a recognized Investment Bank or consulting boutique
Language skills:
- Fluency in Italian and En
