Reports to: R&D; Deployment Senior Manager Work Location: Hybrid (based at Pomezia, Italy) What you will do The R&D; Deployment Scientist Baby Care will work within the Skin Health Infant Product team as part of the R&D; Deployment organization to support the deployment and execution of projects linked to the brand strategy, and problem resolution methods with demonstrated rigor and deep organizational knowledge whilst embedding quality and sustainability into all actions. Key Responsibilities Execute against technical and consumer learning plan with technical guidance Build babies and kids cosmetic science knowledge Develop technical expertise in product design and processing awareness Participate in technical projects work,
including activities and analysis with hands‐on involvement Participate in cross-functional project team discussions supporting deliverables and to support project timing Connection with end-to-end R&D; functions supporting the execution pathway Draft and execute peer‐reviewed manuscripts, technical reports Follow standards and quality, medical and regulatory requirements Monitor equipment operations and maintain cleanliness in the laboratory (according to projects and activities needs) Support day‐to‐day interaction with global Hubs and/or external development partnerships (as needed) Accurately document procedures, data, results, and case report forms to maintain comprehensive records and ensure data integrity. Apply scientific protocols, test methods, and standard operating procedures Support scientific illustrations, diagrams, presentations to effectively communicate findings and data analysis at internal meetings to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaborative troubleshooting Support the execution of Raw Material and Product testing, once required by the projects activities Use of internal digital tools and sy
