As Principal Enterprise Architect Professional Services in Milan, you guide architecture across the transformation lifecycle and bridge business goals with technical delivery. You will build executive confidence, govern design decisions, and lead architecture builds that align with long-term value. You'll enable platform adoption, orchestrate transitions, and partner with pre‐sales, delivery teams, and partners to ensure coherent, governance‐backed outcomes. This role offers impact at scale within a leading technology company focused on digital experiences.

Responsabilità
- Enterprise architecture leadership across large‐scale transformation programmes
- Strong grounding in TOGAF and lifecycle‐based governance
- Understanding of digital marketing, data, activation ecosystems
- Ability to translate architectural choices into business results for executives
- Trusted architectural advisor to senior executives
- Understanding of AI, automation, and emerging agentic models and their impact on platforms
- Experience working with delivery teams, partners, and vendors to maintain build integrity
- Structured change and adoption experience (ADKAR)
