Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Bolzano is for a team member in Strategic Purchasing who will help shape and optimize TechnoAlpin’s global supply chain. The position includes identifying and managing strategic suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and securing long-term partnerships that ensure quality and cost efficiency. The role involves analyzing market trends, evaluating offers,



and supporting make-or-buy decisions in close collaboration with engineering, production, and project management. The team member will monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing processes and tools. Regular communication with internal stakeholders and international suppliers is required to align purchasing strategies with company objectives.

Qualifications
- Experience in strategic purchasing, supply chain management, or procurement in an industrial or technical environment.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze costs, markets, and supplier performance using data-driven methods and relevant tools (e.g., ERP or purchasing systems).
- Technical understanding and interest in mechanical or plant engineering, ideally with experience in project-based business.
