What you will do
EMEA Commercial Operations and Transformation Director is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the commercial operating model across the region. Reporting to the regional Vice President and General Manager, this role provides strategic direction and execution leadership across commercial planning, operating cadence, performance management, governance, transformation delivery, and cross-functional alignment. The role acts as a trusted partner to senior leadership and as a force multiplier for the regional commercial organisation, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into disciplined execution, measurable outcomes, and sustainable business improvement.
How you will do it
- Lead the design and execution of the regional commercial operating model,

ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, annual plans, resource deployment, governance, and performance outcomes.
- Own the regional commercial planning process, including annual operating plans, long‐range planning, in‐year performance recalibration, and alignment of commercial priorities with financial and strategic objectives.
- Establish and continuously improve the regional governance framework and operating rhythm, including business reviews, forecast cadences, leadership forums, transformation reviews, town halls, and commercial performance checkpoints.
- Provide senior‐level oversight of regional performance management, including scorecards, KPI tracking, risk and opportunity identification, executive reporting, and preparation of high‐impact insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
