The Mission
As an Integration Intern at Scalapay, you will play a crucial role in supporting the integration and onboarding of our merchant partners, ensuring smooth processes that comply with our high standards as a regulated payment institution. Collaborating closely with the Sales, Tech, and Operations teams, you will gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of BNPL.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Integration Assistance: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of payment systems on merchant platforms and instore.
- Merchant Support:



Provide operational assistance pre- and post-integration, addressing queries and resolving issues as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and suggest improvements to optimize processes.
- Analysis and monitoring of KPI, orders flow and level of service.

You’ll be Great for this Role if You:
- Proficiency with standard tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Database).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in both English and Italian (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher title in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Engineering, business or technical disciplines).
- Passion for e-commerce, technology, and the digital economy.
