Internship - COO Office (w/f/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support day-to-day operations as well as selected strategic and cross-functional projects. This internship is designed to provide real responsibility, a steep learning curve, and insights into how operational and strategic decisions are prepared and executed at senior management level.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the COO office in daily operations and coordination of ongoing activities
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, analyses, and reports for management
- Help organize meetings, track tasks and document key outcomes
- Support data collection, KPI tracking and basic evaluations
- Conduct research on specific topics and prepare structured summaries
- Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives
- Take ownership of smaller projects and independent work packages
- Collaborate with different departments and act as a supporting interface across teams
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Motivation to learn, take initiative and work independently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages such as Italian or German languages are a strong plus
