Job Description Position Summary The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing complex manufacturing production equipment to meet planned production , quality , and safety standards. This role supports a wide range of equipment and systems, including CNC machining centers , creep feed grinders , laser ablation equipment , and other advanced manufacturing processes. The technician will work with electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical systems , performing analytical and functional troubleshooting, executing preventive maintenance (PM), and driving equipment reliability improvements. Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance and Repair Maintain, repair, modify, and rebuild a wide variety of complex manufacturing equipment, machine tools, and associated equipment. Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of electronic,



electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical systems. Support and repair equipment such as CNC machining centers, creep feed grinders, laser ablation systems , and other manufacturing machinery. Technical Documentation and Interpretation Read, interpret, and follow complex blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder logic, and instruction manuals related to hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and electro-mechanical apparatus. Provide accurate documentation of work performed in both electronic and paper formats, including maintenance logs, work orders, and repair reports. Safety and Compliance Perform all duties in compliance with safety regulations and procedures , including but not limited to: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Confined space entry Fall protection/fall arrest Hot work permits NFPA 70E electrical safety Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment , following g
