We are looking to complement our kitchen team with a creative and passionate Commis Chef (m/f/d). In our philosophy of active and healthy living, the kitchen plays a central role. Using regional and high-quality products, our kitchen team prepares detailed dishes that enchant the senses. The well-coordinated team creates a pleasant and inspiring work atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Preparing dishes according to the instructions of the Chef de Partie




- Decorating and plating daily changing dishes
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and at your workstation
- Collaborating with other kitchen team members to ensure maximum efficiency and food quality
- Adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations

Qualifications
- Completed training
- Experience in the kitchen
- Team player
- Creativity and passion for cooking
- Fluent in German and/or Italian
