The University of Naples Federico II is offering a research position focused on Interpretability and Explainability methods for tree-based ensemble models. This project seeks to enhance decision-making transparency in machine learning applications, particularly in regulated sectors.
Ideal candidates will have a PhD in Economics or Statistics and will work under the guidance of Prof. Massimo Aria for a duration of 12 months, starting from July 1, 2026.
