Specialista Senior / Project Manager In this role you drive business and market development for Imerys Infrastructure in Italy. You will be the key local representative across commercial, technical, and strategic dimensions, aiming for revenue and profit growth in a challenging market. You'll work with cross‐functional teams to pursue new opportunities, manage distributors, and ensure customer‐centric execution. The position offers impact in civil engineering segments and infrastructure projects, with a focus on growth and value‐added solutions. A commercial, entrepreneurial mindset and collaboration with stakeholders are essential to succeed in this mission. Develop and monitor the annual commercial plan, budgets, and forecasts for Italy Manage the customer portfolio via the CRM (Sales Force) including reports, sampling, leads, and complaints Drive business development and new opportunities through CRM‐driven processes Coordinate with Supply Chain, technical, and senior management for expert support Oversee external distributors and budget planning,



and contribute to contract negotiations with customers Implement pricing strategy in coordination with the area sales manager Monitor and review sales performance against targets and liaise with marketing for roadmaps Maintain technical understanding of jobsites at a paper level and coordinate with Zone Technical Support Manager 5+ years experience in heavy duty floors and hydraulic power stations (civil engineering environment) 5 years experience in B2 P or B2 B2 P sales Proven track record in Sales & Account Management Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including public authorities, operators, and contractors Willingness to travel up to 60% Fluent in English; French a plus Autonomous, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
