Experteer Overview In this role you help clients transform their business models and processes, working within KPMG's Business Transformation team in Turin. You engage with top management on complex, high-impact projects that reshape functions like Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain. You'll drive operating-model redesign, change management initiatives, and post-initiative performance assessment to close gaps. This is a chance to contribute to strategic transformation at major national and international companies, in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Responsibilities Rethink operating models for key functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain)
