Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Italy, aligning hiring with business values and goals. You will partner with P&O; teams and hiring managers to shape a strategic TA roadmap, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You'll manage vendor relationships, uphold local labor law compliance, and leverage metrics to boost time-to-fill and quality-of-hire. You'll also support employer branding to strengthen Bolton as an employer of choice.
