About the Role The Product Manager Digital Services, reporting to the Digital Services Manager, leads the design, development, and continuous improvement of digital services, ensuring alignment between Business and Digital & ICT teams to deliver valuable, customer-centric solutions. Key responsibilities include: Product strategy:
contribute to the definition of the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy, market trends, and user needs Product roadmap: prioritize features and enhancements to support business objectives and optimize user experience, gathering and translating customer requirements Business growth: collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive product adoption, develop business cases, and monitor costs and profitability Lifecycle management: oversee the full lifecycle of digital services, from ideation through launch and continuous improvement UX & design coordination: work closely with design teams to ensure intuitive, seamless, and engaging user experiences Continuous innovation: monitor technology trends and competitive landscape to sustain competitive advantage and identify new opportunities What You Need to Be Successful Education & Experience Degree in Engineering, Business
