Experteer Overview As a Sales Recruiter at Engel & Völkers, you will shape the recruitment for a global luxury real estate brand. You’ll work with Sales and Marketing to craft and run proactive talent strategies, including recruitment marketing and data‑driven decision making. You will manage end‑to‑end candidate experiences and build a robust pipeline of top agents. This role offers collaboration with cross‑functional teams and exposure to a dynamic, international environment. Responsabilità
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or business development, ideally in real estate or sales-driven industries
- Hands‑on mindset with proven ability to execute and collaborate cross‑functionally
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with ability to attract and convert professionals
- Experience in digital recruiting and employer branding, including job platforms and social media outreach
- Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or other recruitment tools is a plus
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship‑building skills
- Highly customer‑oriented with a focus on candidate experience
- Fluent in Italian and English
