Responsibilities
Run several small to medium-sized parallel projects across print, video, social and digital.
Steer teams and projects with great care, organization, and confidence.
Liaise with media agencies and external partners, aligning across all agencies to create fully integrated campaigns across all touchpoints.
Manage the full day-to-day lifecycle: brief creative, legal, production, and language & culture teams while ensuring everyone is clear on specs, deadlines, scope, and local market requirements.
Source assets from the client’s DAM, log usage rights, and organize project files and documentation for creative and production teams.
Build close-knit and trusted working relationships both internally and externally.
Essentials
~4+ years of experience coordinating projects as a Project Manager or Account Manager in advertising or creative agencies.
~ Experience managing projects from end-to-end in an agency or high-growth, fast-paced environment.
~ Clear and strong communication skills in English and Italian.
~ A proactive, genuine, and direct approach to communicating across cross-cultural teams.
~ A strong sense of urgency with a habit of addressing problems immediately.
~ An impeccable eye for design, quality, and detail.
~ A collaborative team player and self-starter with a positive mindset.
~ Critical thinking skills and the confidence to ask the right questions.
~ Humble, open to feedback, and proactive about your personal development.
