Responsibilities Building, maintaining, and developing strategic relationships with customers, suppliers and Arrow partners. Focusing on technical needs of complex, emerging, or underpenetrated prospects. Creating new opportunities and product selection within the accounts and creating demand activity using technical resources as needed. Utilizing distribution and supplier knowledge to grow market share and sales. Understanding of customers' needs and how to translate them to Arrow requirements or opportunities. Attending supplier training events to keep up to date on product line. Working within an assigned customer base to grow and develop the business, expanding market share and maximizing Arrow's share of customer spend. Requirements 5+ years of related experience in the Electronics industry.
Automotive industry preferred. Degree in electronics studies. Ability to sell, influence and negotiate. Ability to build relationships at all levels of customers and suppliers. Fluency in Italian and English language. Electronic component knowledge (Semi and IP&E; products). Driver's license.
