Experteer Overview In this role you will lead procurement for Primary Packaging & Devices at the corporate level, driving cost efficiency and strategic supplier partnerships. You will work within Global Direct Procurement to optimize spend and ensure compliant supplier engagements. The position offers cross-functional collaboration across Europe with opportunities to influence sustainability-aligned procurement practices. This is an opportunity to shape supplier governance and deliver measurable value for a growing, sustainability-minded biopharma group. Retribuzione / Benefits Perform sub-category spend analysis and forecast, identify consolidation opportunities and potential synergies Drive supplier engagement, selection processes (RFI, bidding, tenders, evaluations, approvals)



per policy Manage Direct Materials standard costs according to timelines Oversee supplier qualification and escalation processes per Sustainable Procurement guidelines Ensure supplier evaluation with Operations and support cross-functional supplier assessments Identify service/good quality improvement areas and enforce company procedures Balance supplier portfolio with criticality, sourcing strategy and risk analysis; manage strategic suppliers Define and monitor KPIs, analyze results and drive corrective actions Negotiate and renew supply agreements respecting Procurement, Legal and Sustainability guidelines Manage industrial purchase orders and address potential supplier litigation Coordinate supplier interviews with internal teams (Supply Chain, Production, QA) Adhere to Code of Conduct, Anti-bribery, and Ethics policies Responsabilità Academic degree in Engineering or Economics Over 4 years of procurement experience in an international, structured company Fluent in English Proven contract management and supplier negotiation experience Ability to manage cross-functional and international stakeholder relations Strong problem-solving and goal-driven mindset Operational flexibility, time ma
