Experteer Overview In this role you will lead advanced planning, scheduling and risk‐based analysis across major or multiple projects. You will implement planning strategies, coordinate WBS/CBS development, and produce progress and risk reports to support project objectives. You'll perform schedule analyses, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions to keep programs on track. This position suits a collaborative planner who drives value through robust scheduling and data‐driven decisions. Retribuzione / Benefits Implement planning/scheduling strategy and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles Coordinate development of WBS and CBS with project leaders and controls teams Prepare staffing, engineering,



construction progress and customized reports Perform probabilistic schedule analysis and schedule risk analysis Analyze deviations from baseline and propose corrective actions Prepare Integrated Planning/Scheduling contribution to Monthly Project Reports Assess schedule impact of changes and variances Create resourcing plans and peak leveling recommendations Responsabilità Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management, preferably in Life Sciences/Pharma Proficient with project scheduling tools, Primavera P6 preferred Ability to consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Tenacity and problem‐solving drive Ability to build good working relationships with project teams Requisiti fondamentali equal opportunity employer flexible working environment support for work-life balance collaborative culture opportunity to work on major projects global exposure #J-18808-Ljbffr
