ROLE SUMMARY You will join the Procurement team to support end‐to‐end purchasing and sourcing activities, from needs identification and planning to supplier management and performance monitoring. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure efficient, cost‐effective, and sustainable procurement processes. You will contribute to supplier selection and relationship management, oversee purchasing cycles for assigned categories,



support contract negotiations, and monitor market trends to identify risks and opportunities. Additionally, you will assist in budget control and develop reports and KPIs to track performance and support decision‐making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining relationships with school representatives and the involved corporate functions Collaborating with internal functions to ensure proper planning and management of purchases in order to avoid critical issues Supporting the team in collecting requirements, selecting suppliers, and defining the sourcing model, ensuring the highest quality standards, maximizing cost efficiency, and promoting sustainability across the entire supply chain Managing the entire purchasing cycle for specific categories: scouting, qualification, selection, negotiation, contracting, and monitoring Supporting the team in negotiations with national and international suppliers regarding contractual
