What We Are Looking For: Reporting to the Chief Operating & Transformation Officer, as an Executive Assistant you will provide direct and proactive support, managing calendar, communications, and access to optimize their time and ensure smooth coordination of all related activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, enterprising, and able to work under pressure with strong interpersonal skills that enable them to interact effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
