Overview Sigma Defense is seeking a hardworking and self-motivated Executive Assistant to join our team in Sigonella, CT, Italy. The hired candidate will direct support the 7 RS squadron commander in the management of all non-aviation programs and readiness functions, and all mandated administrative support programs. The Executive Assistant will ensure unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and squadron commander directives. Responsibilities Provide direct support to the squadron commander for non-aviation programs and readiness functions, and mandated administrative support programs. Ensure unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and commander directives.



Publicize taskers to appropriate parties or action officers. Assist in package review and submission through the TMT program. Prepare and submit paperwork in a timely manner as coordinated with the unit commander. Coordinate document packages for review and signature from the Commander up to Operational Group CC and Reconnaissance Wing level CC. Provide support to CSS and private organizations with morale events, distinguished visitor itineraries, base programs, and official ceremonies. Maintain communications with other tenant commands and NAS base leadership. Qualifications Personnel Clearance Level: Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher. Education Requirements (one of the following): High School Diploma (or equivalent) + 8 years of specialized experience.
