Senior Cost Manager Interessato/a a questo ruolo? Lysander Italy is experiencing constant growth and we are looking for a Senior Cost Manager to join our team.
Our core business is Project Management and Cost Management, supporting leading international clients across complex real estate, data centre, office fit-out, industrial and hospitality projects. We are looking for a strong professional who can help us continue to deliver at the highest level.
Fluent Italian (Native or Bilingual)
Background as an architect, engineer or quantity surveyor
Minimum 10 years' experience, mainly in Italy
Strong experience in cost management, procurement, tendering, contract administration, change control and final account management
Previous experience on the General Contractor side
Experience within major consultancy firms
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Based in Italy, preferably based in Milan or within easy reach of Milan
