You will create scalable training programs aligned with strategic objectives and Strategic Streams, enhancing critical skills for innovation while driving sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Key Accountabilities Global Training Strategy Development Design and execute a comprehensive training strategy that promotes a culture of innovation throughout the organization. Collaborate with senior leadership to align training initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and business needs. Program Creation and Implementation Develop scalable training programs that address critical skills for innovation across various regions and business units. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure these programs are relevant, impactful,
and accessible. Business Model Definition Define and implement innovative training business models that maximize the effectiveness and reach of training initiatives. Evaluate and adapt models based on feedback and changing market demands. Resource and Budget Management Oversee the allocation of resources for training programs, ensuring optimal use of budget while achieving desired training outcomes. Develop budget proposals and manage expenditures related to training initiatives.
