Experteer Overview As a QA Process Specialist at our Borgo San Michele site, you will ensure products meet GMP and internal quality standards through robust investigations, training, and quality oversight. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive compliant processes and strong documentation. You will lead escalation and investigation strategies, and back up production and QC as needed. This role offers impact across site compliance and quality improvements within Innovative Medicine. You join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality medicines.
Retribuzione / Benefits Manage complex investigations ensuring GMP, regulatory, and company compliance
Lead investigations approvals and help define investigation strategies
Act as Escalation Lead following company procedures
Coach new hires on investigations and coordinate shop-floor support activities
Backup in Quality Oversight for Production and Quality Control, including annual plan controls and management reviews
Provide training on new regulations and ensure procedures align with quality system
Serve as Quality point of reference for LCM projects and interface with global functions
Possibly backup for NPI project management
Responsabilità 2+ years in pharmaceutical quality with investigator experience
Master's degree or diploma in scientific field
Excellent English language skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
