Systems Engineer – Telco About the Role The Systems Engineering team at Fortinet is a group of technically skilled and commercially aware professionals who are passionate about solving customer challenges through industry‐leading cybersecurity solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and project management of proof‐of‐concepts in partnership with internal teams, customers, and commercial partners. Continuously expand knowledge of Fortinet products and solutions, while maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape and evolving cybersecurity threats. Communicate effectively with customers in person and remotely, using presentations, whiteboarding, technical papers, and discussions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records of activities, contacts, and account information in Salesforce. Aptitude for security technology, including encryption, authentication, and network security. Experience in a pre‐sales engineering role,
