The Role:
As a Product Designer, you will be part of a small, high-impact design team shaping the Bitfinex product experience across web and mobile platforms.
This is a hands‐on role with a high level of ownership, where you'll be expected to move quickly, think independently, and contribute directly to product direction.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to define problems, explore solutions, and drive clear, user‐focused outcomes. Think beyond screens and contribute to product direction.
Own the full design process from discovery and flows, through to high‐fidelity UI and developer handoff. Ensure consistency, usability, and quality across all touchpoints.
Design intuitive, scalable experiences that simplify complex financial workflows and make advanced trading tools accessible to a wide range of users.
Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the platform.
Work in an agile environment alongside engineers and product teams to iterate quickly and deliver high‐quality outcomes.




What You Bring to the Table:
At least 3 years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally within fintech, trading, or data‐heavy platforms.
Strong product thinking. Able to solve problems, not just design screens.
Highly proficient in Figma, with experience working within and evolving design systems.
Comfortable operating in a small team with high ownership and minimal hand‐holding.
Experience collaborating closely with developers and understanding technical constraints.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate decisions.
A sharp eye for detail, interaction design, and usability.
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
Highly autonomous work ethic, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve the product and design processes.
