Job Description At ING Italy, we are building a Business Bank for the Italian market, digital, fast, entrepreneurial and powered by data, technology, and the Orange Code. To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Paid Media Expert to shape and scale the full performance engine of our new Business Banking line.
This is a unique opportunity to drive Italy’s digital sales growth and be part of the Growth & Digital Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel paid media strategy & commercial impact
- Define and scale the paid channel mix across search, social and programmatic, driving revenue growth and steering investments toward the highest business impact.
- Drive execution excellence across the full campaign lifecycle
- Ensure best-in-class setup, tracking, optimization and continuous performance improvement across audiences, creatives and bidding strategies.
- Lead and challenge agency performance with clear governance
- Own the agency relationship, enforce a strong operating cadence, and ensure accountability on outcomes, transparency and testing discipline.




- Build a data-driven and AI-enabled performance engine
- Translate data into action, implement AI-driven workflows and automation, and optimize the balance between smart automation and manual control.
- Drive experimentation, innovation & new channel growth
- Lead structured testing and scale new and emerging channels, ensuring continuous innovation based on incremental value and future growth opportunities.

Qualifications / Requirements
- 2-5 years in paid media / performance marketing. Experience at a media agency is highly favored.
- Deep and hands-on experience with Paid channels such as Google Ads, Social platforms, Display, Programmatic and Partnerships
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions and improvements
- Affinity with automation and AI-driven optimization in marketing
- Up to date about the latest trends in media
