Experteer Overview In this role you will drive customer-centric transformation projects for clients, leveraging strategic frameworks and data analytics to improve the customer lifecycle and organizational design. You will map journeys, diagnose pain points, and design actionable roadmaps that align digital and traditional channels with business goals. The role sits in the Padua Customer Advisory team, offering exposure to cross-functional work and impactful client outcomes through transformation programs.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Define market sizing, trends, opportunities and threats in the customer experience domain
- Benchmark competitors and identify differentiating opportunities in the Customer & Digital area
- Segment customers and uncover real needs to inform strategies
- Map Customer Journey, identify moments of truth, pain points and opportunities to delight
- Analyze Voice of the Customer and plan actions to close feedback loops
- Evaluate performance of digital marketing channels across the customer journey




- Define an evolutionary customer strategy and prioritize initiatives with a detailed action plan
- Re-engineer digital processes and design a roadmap for organizational change
- Develop channel strategies based on a data & analytics approach (Social, Digital, Mobile)
- Design and implement customer-experience-driven control scorecards
- Support the start-up and launch of new digital initiatives and growth plans for e-commerce
- Analyze costs and revenue impacts for recommended actions and prepare a comprehensive business plan

Responsabilità
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering or Marketing
- Strong numerical and quantitative analysis capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Excellent English language skills, with study or work experience abroad preferred
