Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Quality & Product Engineering ManagerYour Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our Electrification Business Area, Smart Power Division, PG Breakers and Enclosures.In this role you will be responsible for the quality of products according to the required technical specification, during product development and/or active products technical improvement.Work model: #LI-HybridIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:Acting as point of reference for suppliers during the process audits to ensure the compliance of working practice and procedures for customers during visits/audits on the production plant.Managing non - conformity incidents,



for this reason you will cooperate closely with other business functions and suppliers.Being responsible for managing all quality data in an accurate way in order to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as continuous improvement.Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirementsPromoting Quality wins methodology in the factoryQualifications for the RoleYou have a Master Degree in Mechanical or Management EngineeringYou possess basic knowledge of manufacturing technologies, quality control processes/methodologies and Statistical Analysis.You have a very good knowledge of MS Office.Knowledge of SAP systems and Lean manufacturing are appreciated.You are at ease communicating in English and ItalianYou have a positive spirit, proactivity and you like working in a team.
