We are looking for an Apprentice for our Customer Service within the Digital Industries business area (Core Automation) who will be trained for 2 years in Milan as a Field Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities




- Supporting the scheduling of on-site and remote activities with Field Service Technicians in Italy and/or abroad;
- Assisting in administrative activities related to the purchase and delivery of spare parts, following predefined procedures;
- Preparation of offers and in the processing of customers’ orders, in accordance with internal guidelines;
- Collaborating with Business Unit stakeholders by supporting information exchange and contributing to customer-related activities;
- Providing support in activities related to the coordination of third‑party vendors, assisting the team during the different phases of the process;
- Supporting customers during the Field Service process, starting from ticket registration and assisting in follow‑up activities, ensuring correct data handling and escalation when required.

Required Entry Qualifications
- You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship
