The Role: Client Advisor Manager/Floor Manager,

We are currently looking for a Client Advisor Manager, Full Time, to join our team in Rome, playing a key role in leading the store’s client experience, performance, and team development.
The Client Advisor Manager is a leadership role with a strong client-facing focus, responsible for driving sales performance, developing long-term client relationships, and coaching the team to deliver an outstanding and consistent client experience.
Your ImpactThe Day-To-Day
- Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering a refined and authentic client experience that reflects the brand’s values and standards and ensuring the brand’s client promise is fully understood, embodied, and consistently applied;
- Drive sales performance through a client-centric mindset, actively engaging in 1to1 clienteling to build long-term relationships with VIC and high-value clients;
- Lead, train, and coach
