We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Specialist to join our team, responsible for end-to-end B2B business operations and client management. You will act as a key bridge between the company and global clients, drive business development and maintain stable client partnerships, supporting our business expansion across core target sectors.



You will work cross-functionally with our global sales, engineering, and production teams to optimize business workflows, address client demands, and deliver measurable results to support overall business growth.
Develop and implement daily B2B business routines in line with company development strategies.
Participate in business negotiations, contract review, and filing, ensuring all business activities comply with company rules and industry standards.
Collect market trends, competitor information and client feedback, and provide actionable analysis for internal decision-making.
Prepare, sort and update business documents, client files and presentation materials.
Monitor business data, compile regular reports, and continuously optimize business efficiency.
2–4 years of professional B2B business experience, with relevant background in manufacturing, industrial components or precision engineer
