We are currently hiring a Cluster Reservation Agent to join our dynamic team .
A high school education or equivalent is required (Hotel School Diploma Preferable)
- The ability to access, retrieve and leverage info from the hotel property management system is expected
- The ability to operate telephone, computer and various software is expected
- Fluency in English and Italian
- French language skills are a plus
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- As a Reservations Agent your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Explain rate plans, booking and cancellation policies to customers
- Input and access data in the hotel’s property management system
- complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel agent inspection rates, and wholesale reservations) by inputting the correct code and rate into the system
- Initial 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment
RAL (gross annual salary) 22.000 – 25.200 Euros based on previous experience
