We are looking for an Admissions Data & Digital Specialist to join the Admissions Office within the Students Outreach & Support Department.
Working within the Undergraduate Admissions Office, the candidate will play a role that combines business process understanding with analytical and digital expertise. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of Admissions processes through data-driven decision-making and continuous innovation.
Starting from a thorough understanding of the admissions process and its alignment with the University's regulations and strategic objectives, the candidate will support the development of data-driven practices, including the design and implementation of reporting tools and dashboards and will also contribute to the evolution of digital platforms and systems supporting Admissions activities, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
The role integrates three complementary areas of responsibility:
1. Admissions Process Management
Support the management of admissions processes, from application collection and evaluation through to admission decisions and enrollment.
Contribute to the operational management of the different phases of the admissions cycle, working closely with internal stakeholders.
Monitor process performance and ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of admissions activities.
2. Data Management & Analysis
Collect, integrate, and manage data from multiple systems and sources.
Perform data cleaning, maintenance, and database structuring activities, ensuring data quality, completeness, and reliability.
Analyze data to support process monitoring and performance assessment.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to facilitate data interpretation and decision-making.
Generate actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of Admissions processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
