Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the industrialization of assigned manufacturing processes and own the manufacturing plan to ensure feasibility, robustness, quality, cost, and capacity targets. You will collaborate with design engineers, suppliers, and production teams to optimize tooling, routing, and process validation under Avio Aero's lean operating model. You will monitor quality KPIs and drive improvement plans for the assigned part number, delivering tangible gains in efficiency and capability. Retribuzione / Benefits Support concurrent engineering activities with design engineers and/or customers
Define tooling/router design effort with external suppliers and Avio Aero Manufacturing Engineering
Drive tooling suppliers from concept to validation and functional test




Manage design and process reviews to track industrialization and improvement plans for the part number
Support operating personnel during the first production batch
Oversee technical validation according to internal procedures
Identify processes optimization to be implemented
Support Customer Quality Engineering for anomaly reporting and improvement plans
Contribute ideas to improve current processes
Develop and consolidate best practices and standards for manufacturing
Responsabilità Master's degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree with relevant experience
Previous experience in production/manufacturing domain
Fluent Italian and English
Work visa in accordance with local regulations
