MEP / CSA Quantity Surveyor
Salary: Up to €75k + rotation package

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of hyperscale data centre projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced MEP / CSA Quantity Surveyor to join a major project in Milan. oleAs Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within the commercial team, supporting the successful delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project.



You will be responsible for the commercial management of MEP and/or CSA packages from procurement through to final account, ensuring strong cost control, contractual compliance, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with Project Directors, Commercial Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives, providing commercial support and helping drive project profitabili

ount• Prepare tender packages, analyse subcontractor returns, and support procurement strate
unts• Produce accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts, and commercial upd
ates• Support project budgeting and cost control activi
ties• Prepare and submit client valuations and applications for pay
ment• Monitor commercial risks and opportunities throughout project deli
ment• Attend commercial, project, client, and subcontractor mee
