Continuous Improvement Manager.
Support the CI Governance of Operations in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to cost savings and the enhancement of industrial performance across different plants;
- Analyze cost distribution data (with the support of labor analysis, AFC, and all other relevant stakeholders) in order to identify potential opportunities;
- Monitor projects throughout all execution phases;
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret industrial KPIs;
- Knowledge of Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling);
- Good knowledge of Python for data analysis;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Familiarity with industrial environments and production processes;
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing methodologies;
- Experience in industrial, operations, or data analysis contexts;
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
- Permanent contract
