We are looking for a Data Support Analyst to join our team, helping us organize and clarify the operational metrics that guide our projects. In this entry‑level position, you will work closely with our consultants as they support an Italian energy provider with headquarters in Rome to improve their leadership coordination. You will help gather, clean, and structure the simple data sets that make management patterns visible to leadership teams. This is a permanent, full‑time hybrid position that combines remote work with regular collaboration days in our shared workspace.About the role
This role exists to turn messy spreadsheets, meeting records, and operational logs into clear, readable information that our advisors can use. In our consulting practice, we do not build complex dashboards or write long reports. Instead, we help organizations see where their projects are stalling and clarify who owns which decision. As a Data Support Analyst, you will be the person who maintains the accuracy of our project tracking and helps build the simple,



clean tables that help our clients see their own habits. Your work ensures that our advice is always grounded in verified facts.
What you will do
- Organizing raw updates from project teams into clean spreadsheets.
- Reviewing meeting records to verify that action items and decisions match our tracking databases.
- Mapping out operational steps and handoffs to help show where projects experience delays.
- Preparing simple tables, charts, or summaries for our consulting team before client reviews.
- Maintaining internal records so that our project context is always accurate and updated.
