- Drive volumes and net sales analysis, full P&L; forecasting, strategic planning, budgeting and target setting
- Ensure accurate reporting and planning, including Corporate Monthly Package and local controlling activities
- Monitor and manage discounts, rebate accruals and net pricing, also supporting P&L; estimations for new product launches
- Manage and control the Order to Cash process, including customer conditions, rebate controlling and related internal controls
- Support internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance within Order to Cash
- Provide ad hoc business analysis (item profitability, customer profitability, promo effectiveness)
- Oversee and report on marketing expenses
- Ensure credit management policies and KPIs are applied and monitored
- Support purchase-to-pay activities, including invoice verification and booking
Salary : tra€35.000 - €40.000
Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Economics
- Advanced Excel skills;
familiarity with financial planning and controlling tools
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical mindset, communication, problem-solving, and proactive attitude
- Nice to have: Experience in international environments and knowledge of finance processes across commercial subsidiaries
