Solution designer

The main purposes will be to perform the interpretation of business rules and functional and non-functional requirements to shape technical specification according to the given architectural specification in terms of interaction between systems, data exchanged, transformations etc. according to defined design methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- To participate and cooperate to shaping activities
- To participate to feasibility analysis for new or to-be-updated initiatives (Epic and User Story), evaluating the impacts for IT.
- To perform detailed technical analysis/ Design
- To participate in and supporting developers in development phase
- To participate in IT delivery project planning, execution and stakeholder management
- To test support and problem determination
- To participate to and collaborate in the definition of new suppliers and contract requirements
- To breaking down requirements and technical solution into proper slice (User Story) thoroughly examining the costs,



benefits and risks of various options prior to selecting an approach; explanation/ justification of decisions in a logical and systematic fashion.

Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
- 6+ years experience in the same role in a complex environment
- Excellent knowledge of IT architecture in place (for the relevant domain) and technical flows
- Advanced experience in REST & SOAP application services development
- Experience in front-end solution design
- Proven experience in application development with JAVA on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot
- Junit testing, Test Driven Development and Spring Integration testing
- Good knowledge of issue and code versioning tools (Azure and Git)
- Good knowledge of DBMS and SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL)
- Good knowledge of Agile paradigm and Scrum methodology
- Good knowledge of UML standard
- Good knowledge of microservices architecture and domain design model
- Good knowledge of retail banking business
- Good English know
