Job Description
We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer Intern Emilia Romagna located, who will have the possibility to learn how to conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts, diagnose system failures and determine the most cost‑effective solution. With her/his tutor he/she will be able to escalates complex issues to a greater level of technical support or quality reporting system, respond to customer support needs. In addition, at the end of the training process, he/she will be able to demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions, to communicate and listen honestly and to create empathy with the customer,



colleagues and collaborators. This is a temporary position.
Key Responsibilities (within the tutor’s guide)
- Provide Technical Customer support, on-site assistance to the assigned costumer
- Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support
- Responds to customer support within an assigned customer

Key Requirements
- Fresh graduate in Engineering is preferable or Biotech/Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma, proficient English is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Italian
- Passion for IVD and/or automation and/or engineering and/or maintenance
