INTERNSHIP TRACKS — PRODUCT MARKETING
- Support market and competitor analysis to contribute to product positioning and strategic decisions
- Help develop customer personas and journey maps to improve messaging and targeting
- Analyze market trends, consumer demand patterns, and growth opportunities
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including product materials and launch preparation

INTERNSHIP TRACKS — TRADE MARKETING
- Support the development of channel strategies and promotional calendars
- Assist in in‑store activations and help evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Monitor sell‑out data and field activities to support strong retail execution
- Contribute insights to improve store‑level and channel performance

What you must‑have
- Final‑year student or recent graduate in Economics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related fields




- Availability for a full‑time and on site internship
- Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical mindset and curiosity towards data and insights
- Good Excel skills (basic formulas, data structuring, simple analyses)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, hands‑on attitude with willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
- Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Interest in marketing, consumer behavior, and business dynamics

Nice if you have
- Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, or performance tracking tools
- Basic understanding of consumer insights, market analysis, or segmentation
- Interest in AI‑supported tools for data analysis or marketing insights
- International mindset and interest in multinational environments
- Korean language skills
- Previous internship, university project, or case study relat
