Experteer Overview In this role you will drive the packaging sustainability agenda within Ferrero's Global R&D; Packaging team, focusing on KPI tracking, reporting, and LCA studies. You will support the implementation of sustainability plans, share central policies, and manage data for CSR and reporting initiatives. You'll maintain environmental models and KPIs to inform packaging decisions and CSR disclosures, collaborating across functions in a global setting. This is an opportunity to shape sustainable packaging strategy and impact Ferrero's environmental footprint at scale.
Retribuzione / Benefits Support packaging sustainability strategy through KPI tracking and reporting
Conduct Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies and manage related data tools
Maintain environmental footprint database and update carbon emission factors
Support CSR reporting and packaging-related topics in sustainability disclosures




Collaborate with Central Sustainability Team to define and monitor KPIs
Share central policies and guidelines with stakeholders in area of competence
Contribute to expanding scope (e.g., M&A;) and data collection for packaging reporting
Update internal LCA tools and models to reflect new data and insights
Responsabilità 3–5 years of experience in packaging sustainability or related field
Solid understanding of packaging materials (plastic, glass, paper, aluminum)
Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and data interpretation
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong data visualization skills
Experience with SAP is a premio
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Hands‐on experience in sustainability reporting
