In this Junior HR Analytics role you will
Supporting the HR Analytics function for the preparation of reporting and analysis on HR-related KPIs and labour costs;
Management of activities related to the simulation, accounting and monitoring of labour costs (Budget, Forecast, Actual, Variance Analysis);
Management of Data Collection and Analysis activities instrumental to the development of indicators and KPIs for HR processes;




Preparation of summary presentations of analyses for management and preparation of monthly recurring reports;
Supporting the Comp&Ben; team on various control and monitoring activities;
What we need from you
Bachelor Degree Economics/Engineering;
1-3 years previous experience in HR Analytics/Hr Cost controlling or entry level HR role;
Fluent English;
Proficient software skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point etc)
Knowledge of labor cost items and accrual
Salary range: €30.000 – €35.000 gross per year, depending on experience.
