Aenova Group is seeking a Reliability Engineer for their site in Borgo San Michele LT, Italy. This role involves developing and implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to ensure equipment reliability in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Industrial Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Italian and a good command of English are required. Experience with maintenance management software and TPM methodologies is also essential.
