Plant HSE Manager - RSPP
Who will be responsible for coordinating and implementing EHS activities across a Manufacturing Site by developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs aligned with company and regional strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
Implement the company EHS strategy to align with local and global regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability
Ensure adherence to all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations, permitting requirements, and reporting standards. Maintain comprehensive records and reports as required
Identify potential EHS risks within the organization, conduct thorough assessments,



and develop and implement risk mitigation plans and contingency measures
Develop and oversee EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and partners. Promote EHS awareness and best practices throughout the organization
Lead investigations into EHS incidents, accidents, and near-misses. Implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence and communicate effectively
Develop and execute sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and emissions reduction programs to minimize the environmental impact of our operations
Main Requirements :
Master's degree or equivalent in Environment, Health and Safety
RSPP Certification
5-7 years of experience in HSE positions gained working in structured manufacturing sites in a multinational environment
In-depth knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and best practices, with a track record of successful compliance and risk management.
Knowledge of ISO
