Key Responsibilities Lead sales strategy and commercial execution across Italy, Greece and Turkey
Develop and lead a high‐performing regional team across multiple sites
Build and strengthen strategic customer relationships and partnerships
Drive growth through existing business, new opportunities and market expansion initiatives
Partner closely with operations and supply chain teams to align customer and business priorities
Foster a collaborative, customer‐focused and performance‐driven culture
Qualifications Profile of Senior sales leadership experience within packaging or a related manufacturing environment
Proven success leading regional, multi‐site commercial organisations within international businesses
Strong customer engagement, negotiation and relationship management experience
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high‐performing teams




Experience working cross‐functionally with operations and supply chain teams
Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
Comfortable operating within a global, matrixed organisation
Willingness to travel approximately 30% across the region
